NIO and Marelli Automotive Lighting cherish a successful partnership since the establishment of NIO in 2018. As OEM´s long-term partner, we have been providing our customer with smart lighting solutions. Our fruitful cooperation was lately recognized by the NIO Quality Premium Partner Award for the year 2021.
In the recently launched NIO ET7, the integrated LED headlights with high and low beams and the exquisite "Double-Dash" daytime running lights are absolutely stunning. The headlight consists of a signal light module located above and a lower located dual-function main light and auxiliary light modules, which are perfectly integrated into the pure and flowing car styling.
The attractive eyebrow-like double-dash module above can realize homogeneous daytime running light, position light, wiping turn indicator and welcome animation. The low and high beams are realized by the high-performance bi-function module newly developed by Marelli Automotive Lighting. It provides a bright and wide field of view in the low beam and a high-brightness full beam. Its large range and automatic adjustment function can further enhance the night driving experience. In addition to a multitude of outstanding basic features, also adaptive functions are provided. Static bending light illuminates curves and intersections when turn signal is on. It also automatically adjusts the lighting level to optimize vision and visibility during bad weather conditions. Besides, the headlights support FOTA function, which can realize online software update and bring brand new experience to consumers.
